London Office Volunteers

From time to time the Galapagos Conservation Trust requires the help of volunteers with skills in a particular field, usually to help us with a specific project or piece of work. This could be in anything from graphic design to research, marketing to human resources, facilitating workshops to proof reading, sourcing second hand furniture and equipment to writing articles.  As you can see, the list is endless!

We are currently trying to build a pool of volunteers that we can call upon when needed.  If you have particular skills or experience that you feel could support the work of our small team then please complete the application form and return to us, along with a copy of your CV to gct@gct.org, detailing which of the volunteer roles listed below you are interested in.

Employment Opportunities with CDF

CDF runs the Charles Darwin Research Station in Galapagos, with about 200 staff, research students, and volunteers. Opportunities for employment range from corporate communications and education to accounting and human resources.

Note: Ecuadorian labour law and the Special Law for Galapagos require CDF to make every effort to offer employment to suitably qualified Galapagos residents and Ecuadorian nationals. For this reason, some employment opportunities are advertised as only available to these groups.
